Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk89 ("pk89", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk89 online gaming platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and customer support services available at pk89.win.

By creating a pk89 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, and that you agree to comply with all provisions contained herein. These Terms are published in English and the English version governs in all circumstances.

pk89 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of pk89 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active pk89 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk89 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pk89 or any responsible gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during account registration and maintain accurate information throughout your membership.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) pk89 account only. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, Pakistan mobile number, CNIC, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. pk89 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held within them.

3.2 Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and any payment method details. False or misleading registration information will result in account suspension pending investigation and may result in permanent termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk89 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk89 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pk89 support immediately via Telegram @pk89official or WhatsApp pk89support.

3.4 KYC Verification

pk89 is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or passport and proof of payment method ownership. KYC is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests. pk89 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage of the player relationship.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency

All pk89 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied to PKR transactions. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

pk89 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, MCB bank transfer, and USDT. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change. pk89 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels with notice to players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your pk89 PKR wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. pk89 does not control the processing time of third-party payment providers and accepts no liability for delays caused by external systems, bank maintenance windows, or network issues affecting Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, MCB, or Raast services.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed same-day, seven days a week including public holidays in Pakistan. Withdrawal processing is subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) no active bonus wagering requirements on the account; and (c) the withdrawal amount meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in your account settings. pk89 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time in exceptional circumstances.

4.5 Funds Integrity

Player funds held in pk89 PKR wallets are maintained separately from operational funds. pk89 does not use player deposits for operational expenses. This separation provides an additional layer of protection for player funds.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty

pk89 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• pk89 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been accepted by a player, pk89 will honour the terms under which it was offered.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus manipulation — is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• Loyalty points accumulate based on real-money wagering activity and can be redeemed for PKR bonus credit as set out in the pk89 Loyalty Programme terms, which form part of these Terms.

6 Games, RNG & Fairness

All games available on the pk89 platform — including but not limited to Jackpot Slots, Rocket Crash, Cockfighting, live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streamed from regulated studio environments. pk89 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all applicable game categories.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that: (a) the outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG systems and is independent of any prior outcomes; (b) all game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform; (c) technical malfunctions void all related bets and any associated winnings; and (d) you accept the published RTP and house edge for all games you choose to play.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false identification or payment information during registration or KYC
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer environments
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in the platform's favour without promptly reporting them to pk89 support
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using pk89 for money laundering purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk89 staff or other players via any channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the pk89 platform — including game software, graphics, audio, text, design elements, the pk89 brand name and logo — is the proprietary property of pk89 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any pk89 intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of pk89 intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

pk89 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a pk89 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: full name, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth, CNIC/passport details (for KYC), payment method information, device identifiers, and transaction history. pk89 does not sell personal data to third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk89 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Pakistan. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during game sessions showing your net win/loss position for the session.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk89 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the pk89 platform; (b) interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside pk89's reasonable control; (c) delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, MCB, or Raast; or (d) losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

pk89's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pk89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect players' rights or obligations in a significant way — pk89 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via an announcement published on the platform and, where practicable, via notification to registered players. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice. The current version of the Terms is always available at pk89.win/terms-and-conditions.

13 Termination & Account Closure

You may request closure of your pk89 account at any time by contacting support via Telegram @pk89official or WhatsApp pk89support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any active investigations.

pk89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (b) the player is found to be ineligible under Section 2; (c) account activity suggests a risk to platform security or integrity; or (d) required by law or regulatory authority. Where an account is terminated by pk89 for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified PKR balance will be returned to the player.
